Resembles a West Wight Potter, but the portholes are different... maybe it was a custom order, or maybe it's some other company's knockoff of a West Wight Potter. Have you searched for a plate with info and/or numbers on it?

Don't forget to check that cuddy cabin... you might find some info there, possibly on a bulkhead.
