I am looking to replace my forward hatch. I seeking to purchase a new or used hatch. I have attached photos of my current hatch. Any leads would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have the same hatch. The plexiglass was broken. I took it to a glass repair shop in town and they were able to replace the piece with lexan. It might be an option for you if your hinges and lockdowns work.
