I just purchased a used 5th wheel that had been parked for 3 years without being covered. As you guessed it eas nasty. I have scrubbed it till all the nasty dirt, tree sap, mold & mildew is off and the fiberglass { corregated } looks like there is black hairs all over. I hand scrubbed a small are prety hard and nothing came off. Is this normal and is the black hairs part of the fiberglass?
Is there a product out there that can be used to restore the finish or bring back the color ?

I'd guess an rv place might know or sell something. Maybe try a RV website. Pretty off topic here. Westmarine sells fiberglass cleaner.
