    Odd hikinig strap thing

    Yes a proper hiking strap is worth it's weight in gold! Iv'e got a zhik type which is very comfortable. It has little ridges on it for grip so your boots don't move when torqueing. Hope your Buddy is doing better now! cheers Hamish A NZ :)

    Outhaul and cunningham setup

    The cunningham is on starboard as it is more likely to be adjusted (cf to outhaul) after the start when most people would be on starboard tack. Also in general the cunningham is easier to adjust on the reaches when on the starboard side during races. Hamish

    Back Problems

    Hi Eddie I think that you have pulled a back muscle & have a muscle spasm in your back. Have you had a weakness here before? I think that twisting doesn't help. I have had several such episodes & the other weekend needed to spend 60 hrs in bed & every time I moved it felt like "labour pains"...

    New Daggerboard Brake - Coming October!

    I'll definitely be awaiting these coming out. I had to replace the old ones about 3 times a season. Nothing worse than a centreboard popping up every time you tack!! grrr
