Value of laser (inspection port)

If it's sealed up properly, and bedded down right, it probably won't.

It will warrant more inspection from a potential buyer, but if it doesn't leak, it shouldn't matter.
 
Every laser I've had I always put an inspection port in it. I feel you can let the boat "breathe" better if you leave the port out when not sailing the boat. I also like to look inside after every sail to make sure NO water is in the hull.
