sunfish dvd?

Can someone recommend a dvd that would show me the basics of sailing the sunfish? I feel like I don't know where to sit or put my legs. Or maybe I just need to read the sunfish bible. Its too cold outside now, but it would get me thinking of warmer days.

http://www.sunfishracing.com/ has a DVD called: "Back to Basics for Sunfish World Championship Speed"

I haven't watched the DVD myself, but have heard that it is good. David Loring just won the 2009 Sunfish Worlds (he's won it a few times), so I would think he knows his stuff.

I'm curious to hear if others have seen it, too.

"Back to the Basics" is very well put together. I found parts of it very helpful and I think it's got something for sailors of all levels. Way to go Dayton and David.

Also the sunfish bible is good reading and has a lot of good reading for a beginner.

If all else fails the knowledge base on this forum is huge.

I recommend getting a book called "Go Sail" from DK Publishing.

It's not Sunfish Specific, but it is a very thorough introduction for new sailors.

Once you've got the basics down, the David Loring video is excellent, as is the Rick White Sailing Seminar video.

I just had my library request the "Go Sail" book (and DVD) from another partner library, so it might be a few days, but I'll check that one out. Thanks for the recommendation.
