I took my six year old daughter racing with me last night at James Island Yacht Club (Charleston). Her presence has a tendency to take my competitive nature down a few notches - her having fun becomes the number one priority so she'll want to sail more. I figure'd I'd share a helmet cam clip of the song we made up downwind - it's pretty funny.

I took my 8 yr old son sailing a few weekends ago - it was quite windy that day, we were flying across the water, and even dumped it twice. He was pretty excited about all it, really, didn't even seem to mind the tipping it over parts.

keep posting more videos - I love them - I've been showing them to another of my boys, my 1yr old... can't hurt to get him interested early!
