They are 3/16 rivets, a pack of 50 aluminum rivets is about $5.00 from the local home supply place. Get the long ones and some matching washers to put on the underside, if you have access. I think those that Supercub recommends are probably stainless and if you're going to be in salt water go for those for sure. Otherwise I have never had any problem with the aluminum ones.
