Spar and line storage under a deck cover.

I’m trying to determine if any damage is caused to the lines when stored under a deck cover. I’ve tried Vanguard 3 times but still have no response. I have an Intensity cover which is brown and the boat is kept in a non-shaded area, full sun all day. My worry is the heat build up. The obvious option is to keep the spars and rigging indoors, along with the blades and sail, but with them on the deck it helps the rain water drain off the cover and not pool in the cockpit.

No problem for the spars and lines.

The only pieces of the Laser that are affected by temps in the 120-140F range are the blades

Open the bailer (not normal practice in storage) but it will help with airflow and ventilation within the cockpit.

Make sure the boat is dry before you put the cover on too. I couldn't imagine you will have any problems.
