Soon to be Sunfish owner

so here goes the story. i was at my grandmas lake house and i found in the garage an old look alike of a sunfish, got it out and it sailed good still, so now i am hooked. i work at a company that makes pontoon boats and i asked around and a friend has an old sunfish he is bringing me for free. i dont know the condition and he doesn't know if it has everything. what do you guys think ? what are things to look at to decide if is a good hull to refurbish?

thanks for pointing that out to me, but fell through , it was a Super Porpoise, good hull but everything else was missing.
