Just thought I'd throw these up- I've sailed in both of them before and they're both excellent venues. The QYC regatta is on quannipowitt lake, a wonderfully small and shifty venue. It's a great place to practice detecting shifts, as you can yo-yo from 1st to last and back to first again depending on how they're played.
The Harrasseeket Laser Open is also a great venue, sailed in the casco bay area. The courses are set up in open water with coast on two sides and various islands surrounding the rest, making also for an interesting race. Both regattas had between 20 and 30 entries last year.
