Sheet Size

Does anyone think that the sheets are too large for the 14.2?
Mine seem to be close to 1/2 inch and they don't clear very easily from the spring cleats.
 
I just ordered new sheets from Catalina direct. In fact, I have them but not installed yet. They are 3/8". I did this because my sheets were 7/16" and had too much resistance with the jib cars when tacking. I just got my boat and those were the sheets that came with it. I understand that many folks use sheets that are even smaller. Like 5/16". And they claim they are still easy to use. I would think that the smaller the line, the better they get through the jib cars. I don't know that for sure but it makes sense.

The FREE C14 Handbook has a list of all the lines and lengths etc.
3/8" is the recommended size although the original on my Mod2 is 1/2".
