Hi guys,
I'm from Italy. I have got an AMF Sunfish and I must to replace old rivets on deck such as coaming, hull drain etc.

What kind of rivets I should use?

How I can pull out the internal part of the old rivets?

How an I ensure the waterproof of the boat?

How I can replace the interbal backup (original part 43062)?

My Sunfish had not the eye strap for the hiking strap. Wher and how can I mount them?

For the Coaming …

Standard pop-rivet

OR​

Closed end, sealing pop-rivet

Deck mounted hull drain … If you have a metal drain plug, change to the new plastic and use small screws.

How I can pull out the internal part of the old rivets?

Install an inspection port (deck plate)

How can I ensure the waterproof of the boat?

Seal the new rivets or screws with marine caulk. ( Marine silicone, 3M 4200, Boatlife )

How I can replace the internal backing plate for the rudder (original part 43062)?

85098 (43062)

85099 = newer, flat design

I guess that Intensity Sails will sell you a non-legal 'race' sail:
http://www.intensitysails.com/info.html, but there will be extra charges for getting the sail to you in Italy, I imagine
