RF58 Cam Cleat: Good for a Sunfish?

Hey,

I want a cam cleat because I use my boat for cruising more than sailing and I like to be able to release the mainsheet just as easily as securing it and pulling it in. I don't want a ratchet because they don't allow for quick release of the mainsheet.

Is there any reason that this wouldn't work with a sunfish?
 
Actually I just realized that the ratchomaticness of the 55 Orbit allows for quick releasing. I got that instead.

So nevermind, thanks though.
