Can anyone provide hints on how to most rapidly sheet in when rounding a mark from a run to a beat? Is one hand pulling while the other hand holds the best one can do? Or, gybing what'sthe quickest way? Thanks.

To sheet in rapidly it's important to have a long enough tiller extension, something in the range of 41-42 inches which brings the end close to the mainsheet block. This allows you to use both hands alternately without losing control of the tiller.

It's not easy to describe, but you need to grab the sheet with your tiller hand and make a sweeping circular motion towards the stern, pulling in the sheet. Then you grab the sheet again with your other hand, pull on it (I think) and transfer it to your tiller hand. Another sweeping motion towards the back etc.
I hope I got it right, sitting in front of the computer; it's one of those things I would rather do/practice sitting in the boat.
