Racing clinics

Has anyone had any experience with racing clinics--positive or negative?

Any recommendations? I'm looking for something preferably in District 7, 8, 10 or maybe 11; something in District 13 or other warm climate with club boats available would also be an option for this fall/winter.

There is a week long clinic in April in the Florida Keys but it's a bit late to use as a winter sailing vacation. It would be nice to have a clinic for a few days followed by a race in a nice warm locale to make a vacation of. I've looked at the schedules but haven't seen anything for the winter yet.

Any instructors/pros out there interested?
