Racing circuits/programs in the mid south

I live in Arkansas. Looking around in MO, AR, west TN, MS, east OK, north LA, I'm having a hard time finding organized racing circuits or programs.

I have 2 sons that are just aging into lasers and would like to expose them to the sport/competition side but unless your on a coast, it seems hard to find and get involved.

Am I missing some network, schools, clubs, etc. for this area, or do we just need to build it out?!!

Look at Grand Lake Yacht Club at Grand Lake NW OK. I am in Denver but daughter lives in NW ARK so I am always looking for sailing venues. They look to have a good sailing program and race ILCA/Lasers.
