I know it's frowned upon in some circles but she really does look a mess,so can anyone recommend any good paint in the UK that wil do the hull and deck,I've hunted round the forum but it sall sems to be stateside products, any help much appreciated.

I've used International Brightside on wooden boats with success - seems quite tough in use. International's website says you can use it on GRP with no primer.

A two pack polyurethane might be tougher but I've no experience with that.

I would stay away from gelcoat simply because it is so labor intensive to get a smooth finish.

Search the threads here on Awlgrip
You'll find a number of discussions about hull painting.

First thing I would suggest is to try sanding a small area of the the bottom - sand down to fresh gel coat and then polish/buff it back to a shiny finish and see if you like the results..

The deck can usually be cleaned up with a stiff brush and a good cleaner - if you have mildew, use some bleach to remove it.
