Palma de Mallorca, SpainApril 7, 2007I was on the outside, looking in, for the Laser Radial Medal Race at the Trofeo Princesa Sofia in Palma de Mallorca yesterday. For the first time since the introduction of the double-points Medal Race, I was in a coach boat but thrilled to see my training partners from Cabarete last month – Evi van Acker from Belgium and Tania Callas Elias Wolf from Mexico – lock up first and second overall places for the week. I was out watching with Caroline Brisebois, Tania’s coach. Caroline has worked with me in the past and also helped with coaching me before and during the regatta.
