metric ruler tape

I've seen that some people have an adhesive ruler tape taped on the boom,
to aid setting the outhaul.

I'm wondering where I could buy such tape. I should be grateful if someone
could point me to a source. I've tried marking the boom with a permanent
whiteboard pen, but it doesn't work very well.

In reason I can't get them where I live, I go to a good local copy shop and they professional print me a couple.
