I presume you already know about the Boat Whisperer, Sail Coach, Ben Ainslie & so on instructional CDs/DVDs? Available from the Laser Class among many other sources.
Have you tried Youtube? I punched in "Laser Sailing" in their search bar and it came up with a couple dozen clips (including the Laser slalom from the '70's, but also some lighter wind clips too).

Supposedly http://www.t2p.tv has some Laser video (like 2005 4.7 Worlds) but I couldn't find it on their site (maybe you need to login. . .).
Sailing Video.com has a Laser Masters and Orange Bowl video for sale.
Does anyone have any other links they can share?
Does anyone know of any inexpensive WATERPROOF cameras that could be used for a do-it-yourself Laser sailing project? I'm vain and want to tape myself sailing. ;-)

Use your digital camera that has video function and one of these pouches http://www.aquapac.com.au for $AUD160. Tie on a lanyard then loop in under your centerboard shockcord - make sure you film yourself capsizing and watch the horizon roll. Cool fun.
