Laser or Radial

Hello, I'm 14 years old, and am buying a Laser Radial... I weight 120, and i'm like 5'2"... Do you think that I will be big enough??? Average wind around her is 10-15

To sail it, yes
To be competitive against 145-155 lb sailors - no - you will be looking to depower at 10-12 knots while the heavier sailors will be fully powered up.
 
Get to a gym or at least start jogging regularly and eating a protein-rich diet. You should be able to add on the extra pounds in a couple of months.
 
you are really light and pretty short fot it, i would go for the 4.7 if you can just borrow it or afford it till you get bigger
