Jacked mainsheet block

Some *£$^&rd has stolen my mainsheet block. Does anyone know where I can find a diagram of how to fit a new one? I can't get to see another lase for another 2 weeks and I want to have if done.

PS they've also take the toestrap plate.

You are going to need the toe plate (aka toestrap grabber), metal eye for mainsheet block, mainsheet block spring, ratchet block, and two screws

You can view the following diagram, but the part #'s are for the North American builder and won't be much help in the UK.
