Inflatable flotation for Sunfish?

Just wondering is anyone has used inflatable flotation like the ones used in the Opti as a solution to two main forward foam blocks that are totally unattached. Two cockpit ports are in place so thinking that this might get my friend through the rest of the season and then do the fix during in early spring after hull is bone dry. Foam blocks are light and hull as well but there is a little dampness after a sail, not even enough to mop. The hull is a 1980 made here in Canada under license buy Koma boat Ontario. With no support to the deck the splash guard center rivet was missing and was a source of water to the inside of hull. I have not done the second pressure test since the splash guard fix and the installation of two cockpit ports. Expanding foam was used next to the hull and this glue was used on the deck to attach the foam. The glue is de-laminating from deck and coming off in sheets due to the flexing. Have any others experienced this? Including Pictures of the 10x4 inch glue on both sides. What about a soft inflation of an inner tube in hull?
Foam filled bladders?
Hull has always been stored inside and is in wonderful condition having only been sailed in fresh water and in storage for the past 10 years.

Foam blocks keep the hull/deck from flexing. Only solution is to glue the blocks back in place. By their nature, inner tubes will not stop the deck from flexing. Might make things worse by popping the deck from the hull.
