ID this boat??Sunfish?

The sail is a Starfish, the views of the hull are too small to confirm.
Go look at it and take your camera.
If you find a Fillips Mfg Co. ID plate, then it's a Starfish.
I just got back from checking it out..
the boat has no visible serial number nor any id. marks..
i paid $350 for it.. my sunfish needed a trailer anyway and the boat wasn't in horrible conditions either.. nice sail..
has all sunfish parts which is great! the same spars etc..
i'm stoked i have another boat to work on..
weird, the boat seems to have no internal floats.. it's all hollow on the inside, the hull and deck or are little thicker in spots than on my sunfish..
