good deal?

I am thinking about purchasing a Red 2003 laser pro with no sail, however dolly and racing parts, Both vangs, black diamond tiller...This boat has been sailed for just 45 minutes, The price is 3500$ should i buy it? what do you think the value of this would be? Thanks
 
Are you in North America and is the price in USDs? I ask this because Vanguard never made red Lasers in 2003. The red boats were in 2002 and a deeper red is avaliable for 2005. If it is in fact a 2002, then I would say it is a fairly good deal. Don't forget that the price of a new Laser sail runs about $400.
 
If I could I bought the boat. I'm looking for a boat and the prices in Holland are terrible. For a boat from 2003 the standard price is about 4500-5000 euro (that's more than 5500-6000 USD). If I could.....
 
sounds like a deal to me. Brand new boat for $3900 including a virgin sail how could you go wrong??
