Deck Chipping

I just bought a '89 laser, really nice condition for a boat this old, but it has a few cosmetic issues. One of these is there is some weird chipping in the deck, like it was rubbed against barnacles or something. It doesn't go through the hull, only down to fiberglass and no leaks from it either. How should I repair this? Some 5200? Or something else

Definitely repair it. You can probably get away with just a gelcoat reapir looking at that but you will need to make sure it is 100% dry before you do. As the fibres are exposed there you may fine there has been some water ingress.
