Daggerboard 'tip' repair

Crazy club race this past weekend on the Cape - 20+ mph with big gusts. The whole fleet got knocked down at once during a downwind leg. Got tied up in a pile with another boat and lucky the only damage was to snap off the trailing tip of my board - about an inch or so. Any suggestions on a repair?

Thanks Lu. I used gouvernails' process but for speed's sake I repaired it with Marinetex...and it almost looks like new. Hums a bit more than it used to. We'll see how long it holds
