Best way to fold dismounted sail

I have a fairly new sail I am going to send to a sailmaker to have a window installed. I am wondering the best way to fold it for shipping after I dismount it to minimize wrinkles. I would appreciate any comments.

Just google "how to fold a sail" for some choices.

If you have two people then you should just flake the sail. If one person than I just fold two corners together, fold again, fold a third time, then roll. When you get the sail back with the window you would want to avoid at all costs folding the window part.
