where was it made

looking for help understanding my boat number. if performance sails stopped makeing boats in canada in 1974 under the prefix pfs,and my last two numbers are 78 as in pfs114141178 i believe the boat was made in 1978, but i'm not sure. so were was my boat manufactured and was it nov of 1978 thank you for any help. the site and the boat are both awsome

Take a closer look at that 8, it would make more sense if it's really a 3

If it's a 3, it all makes sense - sail # 11414 made Nov 73

(sail numbers were well over 50,000 by 78)

thank you 49208, after some work , we have decided that it is a 3, that sure makes things a lot easyer to understand.
