Stiff/Bendy bottom sections?

i have heard about people using stiff/bendy masts for light/heavy weather sailing. where abouts do you get stiffer/ bendier masts? they are always advertised as the same thing, radial bottom section etc....

The same place you get any Laser gear.

It's the same kind of process people used (?) to go through to get a light Laser hull. Go down to your local dealer(s) and measure all their stock (in this case mast sections) and buy the one(s) that you like (stiff, light, whatever...).

Just remember that the Laser is a strict one-design class, so no matter where (or when) you buy a "builder supplied" part it will be exactly the same as the one one every other Laser on the planet... (and I kept a straight face all through typing that!)
