The Canadian sails were made at the old Fogh sail loft. He made the updated "recreational sails" called Fogh sails back in the late 70's and early 80's before the racing sail became the defacto standard. All the original racing sails where made in his loft. He sold the business to North sails at some point and since IIRC 1997 the sails are now made in the North loft in Sri Lanka.
The canadian sails were a better quality IMHO, but since the average lifespan of a racing sail is about 3 years any Canadian sails left out there are pretty blown/stretched out by this time.
