What is the optimum weight range and height for a Laser with a radial rig?

dude, are u taking about the sailor's weight and height? if so, than 120-160 lbs and as tall as possible to get the weight out threre... if ur talking about the hull, than ur stupid.... 130lbs and 13' 10.5"... if u wana get all technical.. then basicly the lightest weight without going under the weight requirements... and the longest length without going over the length requirements.

Well, it depends on how hard you hike, and how much wind your sailing in...if you will be more detailed I can give a pretty specific weigth

i weigh 135 (pounds) and i get absolutely wasted when it is windy out. A teamate of mine weighs 160 and absolutely destroys everyone in 25+ knots.
