Looking at a 1975 Lockley Newport Surprise

Just looking to what others think about me and that boat. For the last 2 years I had a Zuma. Fun little boat but I had a hard time getting out of my cove and with boat traffic it was more challenging. So I am thinking of this boat (found one for sale). Has a jib and spin (both new to me). Pros and cons welcome. Still highly interested in it though.
