Does anyone train on a hiking bench? If so what do you think about them? I have one but haven't used it since Febuary. Also can people please post their best times so I have an idea of how fit I was. I used to hike 10minutes with straight legs and body at 45degrees and I would lean in for a couple of seconds about every minute as if I were adjusting controls. Is this good or have I a long way to go? It would be interesting to find out
