www.drlaser.org is a good resource. 420's are awesome, but trust me, you'll have a much better time in a Laser !

I'd say find a friend that does sail laser and go out with him... much better then reading a book... unless your friend is a complete beginer : /

i think on the whole entire bay there are 12 laser sails

I read thru two books - Ben Tan's and Ben Ainsle's

Here's my opinion on the difference between the two
Tan's is more throrough and covers a lot about sailing and racing in general including some fitness and nutrition

Ainsle's is more geared to helping improve expierenced Laser sailors in the subtle techniques that seperate the top guys from the pack.

If I were just starting out, I would find Tan's book to be very helpful.

the best is the new 4th edition of 'The Laser Book' it includes all the stuff you need to know all up to date in colour with colour diagrams and pictures! its a real treat at £15 but thats over here in England so i dunno whether its out over there!
