District Chamionship Regattas

Are district championship regattas restricted to only those sailors in the district, or can you travel around and do different district champs?

just curious, looking for some more racing this fall!

In the North American Region all District Championship regattas are Grand Prix events (and worth 20 GP points) and are open to all members of ILCA-NA (and I would be hard pressed to think that any ILCA member would be turned away).
