Any sailor 12-17 interested in attending the event in Brazil must apply for entry by January 16, 2009. ILCA has now published details including the Notice of Race and Application Form for the 2009 World Laser 4.7 Youth Championship:

Application forms & Charter boats:
Sailors who may be interested in attending the championship must complete the application form on the ILCA website.
There are limited charter boatsavailable. Sailors must select the correct application form when making their application to be considered for a charter boat.
Completing an application form does not commit a sailor to attend the championship, it simply registers their interest to attend.
The deadline for receiving applications for entry is 16th January 2008.
Sailors who not complete an application form will not be able to attend the championship.
