i just dont see how you can sail with an 8mm sheet its just too thick, mind you i though the rooster 7mm was bulky.
i love my marlow only when it gets above about 20 knots a put some gloves on

i just use some marlow stuff 6mm and its great. i used to have 7mm rooster but it was just too thick, and i dont see how you guys can talk about 8mm mainsheet! thats just huge!
apparently it gives you some added back support when you do them up really tight!? i dont know whether this is true though
also has anyone ever had any experience with SEA waist lock hikers or the zhik superwarm ones?
i have queensport grey ones and zhik first generation and 2nd generation ones
personally if you want lightweight ones go for the queensport or the SEA airprene ones as i have used them both. zhik ones are good when its windy but the pads seem too bulky when its light winds

thanks for the advice, i have been asking around and looking around, SEA is out, queensports a maybe, Zhik microfleece skiff almost certainly, GUL full length 3mm hikers?
andbody have any ecperience of the new GUL ones?
