Ok dumb question, but when you Heel the boat away from the side the boom is on is that side higher in the water or lower? so your going downwind the boom in on your port side your starboard side should be higher in the water? :)
hey guys thanks for the tips! this forum is great so many good responses. I will probably be by my self most the time my biggest fear is dropping the boat. I can't use a trailer because I drive a company van and they wont let me tow anything . Nothing is said about Racks.
:) or boats on top...
I know this is probably all over this site. But has anyone tried using Yakima's Hully Rollers on thier roof racks for a laser? I have a ford Freestar van with no factory rack. Yakima seems to be the only company that makes racks for the freestar and I saw these rollers and wondered if they would...
thanks for the tips. I probably will wait for sept. I was thinking about Oregon. But it would probably cost me $400 for the trip. :) at todays gas prices.
thanks again
ziggy.
I just contacted a dealer about getting a new laser and the quote was the same retail price as listed on vangaurds site $4890. I'm in northern cal. and there aren't many dealers. Also not many used boats. Is that the going rate elswhere? should I look for another dealer?
thanks
Ziggy
