Need help identifying this boat:

Hey there fine folks of the sailing forums. I have come across a cool looking sailboat, reminiscient of a Laser, but not a laser. and I'd like some help identifying it.

It was called a "Tiger 400" and that was all the owner could tell me. I've googled up and down, to no avail.

Included are some pictures, please help me identify, if knowledgeable of random small boat brands etc, as any info would be greatly appreciated. Seems like a cool lake sailboat.

Owner said it read "Tiger 400" on the side, is 13' 9", has two sails, two part stainless steel mast, fiberglass hull, and that unusual flat tipped front.
