im quite new too laser sailing and this was was my second interclub! there are three small clubs in my area who race at eachothers water throughout the year! Only 12 boats racing i came in overall 5th so im chuffed with myself! any constructive critisisim is well taken! the red laser in the second pic won overall! its an old'un but one good sailor! one day i'll be as good :) :D

Where is this??

By looking at your photo I would say that you have your mainsheet pulled on too tight and sail too flat for those light winds. Keep everything loose and relaxed until you start to hike.
 
trim your mainsheet block to block and pull out the slack of the vang. then let the sail out so there is around 8 inches between the mainsheet and travelor blocks. also, as stated before, sit a little farther forward.
 
its at telford just off motorway!! it was quite flukey and gusty some times you were hiking out others you wern't! theres alot of trees about too!! looking at the pics myself i noticed i was sitting abit too far back! the foot of the sail was quite loose too!
 
Your mainsheet is the most important control line on the boat. Keep the blocks about 20cm apart in light winds to open up the sail. Use less !!!!! in your posts.
