    Interesting approach. I assume you would repair the de-laminated glass first and then fill the foam. Ive never seen inspection ports on the cockpit wall. Would a port be as strong?

    Here are some before pictures. The deck is still attached at the auto bailer, dagger slot, and mast step. The next step is to separate the deck and repair the de-laminated deck to reinforce the soft deck. Any advice on doing a clean separation at these points?
