Since my bareboat charter crew "jumped ship" at the last minute for Dec., I am now off for a "tall ship" experience leaving from Panama in a couple of weeks. Has anyone been to Costa Rica recently? (Is it Rico, or Rica.......... must know that before leaving... HA !)
