I am a novice sailor who would like to join the Laser fleet races at my local sailing association (Potomac River Sailing Association). I am looking to buy a 'learner' ILCA7 laser, so it doesn't have to be in the best condition. I'm just looking for a boat that's raceable without a lot of extra repairs.
