What hiking bench? Experiences? Do's and don'ts

As per title. Typing 'Hiking Bench Laser' shows quite an amount of nice-looking laser hiking benches. But who has ever used one and what are your experiences? I'm DIY-savvy enough to build one, but even then there are a lot different models to choose from (I love the looks of the Hiking Pro, btw!)

And yes, I've read this: I hate this thing
