speaking of west coast, last weekend we went to the george for the pcc masters and i had an unfortunate first day the day before the regatta. i turned down wind in 20+ and the boat deathrolled on me and when the boom hit the water it snapped my boom off at the vang strap.....oops......have to remember that the new vang requires a stiffner kit installed in the boom, can,t use the old boom that dosn't have the kit in it.to make a long story short, west coast came to my rescue and set me up with another sailor(thanks hugh!!!!!!) who let me use his boom for the next two days of the regatta! i've never seen such great customer service from a store, i can't say enough nice things about west coast.....thank you george for saving my weekend.......terry dickerson
