Wavy Deck...another deck question

I'm looking at a '97 Laser built by SL and have some concern about the side decks. First off, both sides are very stiff, there is no cracking at all and the boat has been VERY lighlty used. My concern is that when running a hand over this area fore and aft, it is a bit wavy. Is this common? Did it leave te factory like this, pulled from a very tired deck mold? OR is this the beginning of delam?
 
You will find some waves across the deck when you run your hand across or get it in the right light. Mine is a 98 model and was lightly used when I got it 4 years ago. It had and still has some "deck waves", but I've never had any delam issues.

The deck delam issues were a problem for at least one builder back in the late 80's, but those were resolved for the most part.

I'm thinking the boat you're looking at is ok.
