Trailering a Laser

Hi!

Thanks for reading my post! Well, until recently I have always sailed out of a slip or off a floating dock. I just bought a laser and it is coming with a trailer. I am going to buy a Class 3 trailer hitch for my truck. Is a Class 3 trailer hitch good enough for a laiser and it's trailer? Thanks!

class III is more than you need, however if there is such a hitch for your vehicle you should buy it instead of a class II. You will have way more options in terms of accessories. Besides, you may want to tow something else thats heavier than a laser someday. What kind of truck is it? It may have the old bumper hitch which would also be fine for a laser and trailer.
