Is a minifish too small for one female sailor?

Don't think so. I haven't sailed one, but do try it out and see if you are happy with the boat and having fun. Of course, the strength of the wind will have something to do with getting that adrenaline high...

I agree with wavedancer, the MF should be fine. I believe Al Courtines (Al Court) has and knows about the MF but is on vaction for the next week. His address is on the homemade daggerboard postings. In the meantime give it a go and have fun. The Yahoo Group Sunfish_Sailor also has some info on the Minifish. Look in the Photo section under Other Fish. Crew capacity is 1-2, 300 lbs.
